Tried to get in a little photo session with the newest member of our extended family, Grace (although her personality doesn't necessarily fit the name). She is a German Shorthaired Pointer that we helped pick out from the Animal Humane Society.
Due to the low indoor lighting, I was using my 50mm manual focus lens. This made it a little difficult to get the shot. I definitely need to get faster at using this lens, especially when trying to photograph such an active puppy.
